Third Eye Wholistic Wellness
Website build & system organization designed to fit budget, match real operational needs, and initiate outreach with confidence.
What We Built
We created a website experience that makes it easy for new visitors to understand what Third Eye Wellness offers, who it’s for, and how to take the next step. The structure was designed to support outreach, meaning the messaging is direct, the navigation is clear, and the pages guide users toward contact and engagement.
- Website page build to launch a clean, brand-aligned presence
- Organized systems around the website so updates and growth are easier over time
- Clear calls-to-action to support early outreach and lead generation
The result is a site that feels purposeful—built to move visitors from interest to action without confusion.
Project Overview
Third Eye Wellness needed a professional online presence that could be launched quickly, stay within budget, and still feel aligned with the brand. Beyond the website itself, the bigger goal was to create a clean, organized foundation for outreach—so the business could begin driving traffic, communicating services clearly, and connecting day-to-day operations to the site without constant manual work.
This project focused on two outcomes: (1) building a clear, credible website visitors can trust, and (2) organizing the supporting systems so the website functions as part of the business—rather than a separate task that becomes difficult to maintain.
Website Map Accuracy: A Strong Foundation
A website can only perform well when the structure is clear. Part of this project was establishing the accuracy of the website map—making sure the pages, hierarchy, and navigation reflect how customers actually think and search. This helps both visitors and search engines understand the site quickly.
By tightening the structure early, Third Eye Wellness can expand later without creating confusion. New pages, new services, and new campaigns can be added in a way that stays organized and consistent—without the site turning into a maze over time.
SEO Updates to Support Outreach
Outreach works best when people can find you after they hear about you. As part of this build, we updated core SEO parameters so the site is better prepared for discovery. This wasn’t about gimmicks or shortcuts—it was about making sure the basics are correct and consistent.
With improved SEO fundamentals in place, Third Eye Wellness is set up to publish new pages and content more effectively, and to support marketing efforts with a site structure that search engines can understand.
Connected Systems: Associate Page & Inventory
To support real-world operations, we connected the website to an associated business page so visitors can move between the brand relationships without friction. This helps build credibility and keeps the customer journey consistent, especially when users are learning about the business through referrals, partners, or cross-promotion.
We also connected the inventory system to reduce manual maintenance and keep information more reliable. When inventory lives outside the website, maintaining accuracy can become time-consuming and error-prone. Connecting the systems helps the site stay current and easier to manage—so the team can focus on serving clients instead of constantly updating listings.

Next Step
If you’d like, I can tailor this page further by adding the specific services offered (sessions, products, packages), a short brand story, and a dedicated section for outreach—such as testimonials, a newsletter sign-up, or a simple “How to Book” flow.
