Pricing for Consulting, Funding Support, Web & IT Services

Every business has different goals, timelines, and constraints. After a short onboarding conversation, King Cource will recommend the right service scope and a clear monthly plan—so you know what you’re getting and what success looks like.

Most clients start with a subscription tier and then add one-time projects (like a lender presentation or pitch deck) as needed.

How our pricing works (and why it’s set up this way)

King Cource pricing is built around outcomes, not guesswork. Most business owners don’t need “unlimited support”—they need a consistent partner who can prioritize the right work, execute it cleanly, and keep the plan moving month after month.

That’s why our monthly tiers are designed around a clear amount of time, predictable deliverables, and an agreed-upon monthly focus. You’ll always know what we’re working on, what comes next, and what you can reasonably expect to accomplish within the scope you choose.

When a larger one-time deliverable is needed—like a lender presentation, a pitch deck, a full website rebuild, or a complex systems migration—we handle that as a project add-on with a defined start, finish, and price. This keeps your monthly plan stable while still giving you a path to move quickly on big initiatives when timing matters.

Need a custom package? We can combine consulting, funding support, and web/IT services into one monthly plan when the work is tightly connected. During onboarding, we’ll map your goals, constraints, and timeline, then recommend the tier and add-ons that fit your situation.

What you get with every monthly subscription

No matter which tier you choose, the goal is the same: reduce confusion, create momentum, and build repeatable systems that help you grow.

A clear monthly plan

Each month includes a defined set of priorities—what we’re doing, why it matters, and what “done” looks like. This keeps the relationship focused and prevents projects from drifting.

Business + operations guidance

Strategy is only valuable if it translates into action. We help you make practical decisions around offers, pricing, delivery, hiring, process, and systems so your business runs smoother.

Documentation and handoff

When we build a process, we document it. When we recommend a system, we outline how to maintain it. You shouldn’t feel stuck or dependent to keep moving forward.

Light web and tech support (as applicable)

Many clients need quick updates: landing pages, forms, basic troubleshooting, and cleanup. If it fits your scope, we’ll keep your tools working while you stay focused on your business.

Progress check-ins

We review what was completed, what’s next, and what changed. If your priorities shift (which happens in real businesses), we adjust without losing momentum.

Straight answers

If something isn’t worth spending money on, we’ll tell you. If the best move is to simplify, we’ll simplify. The goal is results—not busywork.

Common add-ons (one-time projects)

When you need a bigger deliverable, we price it as a defined project. This is the fastest way to keep your monthly support predictable while still getting major work completed on time.

Examples of common add-ons include:

  • Lender-ready packet: executive summary, use of funds, projections overview, and the supporting documents lenders typically request.
  • Pitch deck rebuild: clearer messaging, better structure, improved design, and a version you can confidently present.
  • Website refresh or rebuild: improved layout, updated copy, better conversion flow, and content structured for growth.
  • Systems setup: CRM and pipeline organization, form-to-inbox automations, booking flow, and basic reporting.
  • Brand and offer clarity sprint: tightening what you sell, who it’s for, and the promises you can reliably deliver.

If you’re not sure whether something should be monthly or a project, we’ll recommend the approach that’s simplest and most cost-effective for your timeline.

Funding & financing support (what we do and what we don’t)

We help you prepare, present, and communicate your business clearly so lenders, partners, and investors can evaluate you with confidence.

Funding doesn’t fail because someone forgot a form—it fails when the story is unclear, the numbers don’t match the narrative, or the operational plan can’t support the ask. Our job is to strengthen the foundation: the explanation, the assumptions, the proof, and the professionalism of the deliverables.

Typical funding-related work includes:

  • Clarifying the ask: amount, use of funds, timing, and expected return or repayment plan
  • Preparing lender/investor materials (deck, narrative, summaries, and supporting documentation checklist)
  • Improving the business model presentation so it’s easier to understand and validate
  • Coaching for meetings: how to answer questions, what to emphasize, and what to avoid overpromising

Important note: We don’t promise approvals or “guaranteed funding.” We focus on increasing your readiness and credibility, which is what you can actually control and explore opportunities outside the scope of many competitors and across a multitude of lenders and institutions to maximize the odds of success.

Web & IT services (what fits best in monthly vs. project work)

Some technical work is ongoing and best handled as monthly support. Other work has a clear beginning and end and is better priced as a project.

Monthly support is a great fit for: small updates, landing pages, content changes, basic troubleshooting, guidance on tools, and keeping your site and workflows consistent.

Project work is a great fit for: major redesigns, migrations, complex integrations, new multi-page structures, or anything that requires a defined build process and testing period.

Either way, we keep the approach practical. The goal is not “more technology”—it’s a cleaner customer experience, smoother internal operations, and fewer headaches for you.

What it looks like to start (simple, structured, and fast)

Most clients can start within days, not weeks. The onboarding process is designed to turn your goals into a real plan without wasting time.

1) Quick consult

We confirm your goals, urgency, and current constraints. You’ll leave this call with clarity on what matters most right now.

2) Scope + tier

We recommend the subscription tier and any add-ons needed to hit your timeline. Everything is written clearly.

3) Setup + access

We gather the basics: brand assets, logins (where needed), existing documents, and any current materials you’ve been using.

4) First deliverables

We start with high-impact work first—what removes friction, strengthens your message, or unlocks your next step.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer one-time consulting without a subscription?

Yes. If you need a single strategy session or a specific deliverable, we can scope it as a project. If you want ongoing support and progress, a monthly tier is usually the best value.

What if I don’t use all my hours in a month?

Most clients use their time because the work is intentionally planned. If a month ends early, we can often pull forward next-month priorities. If you consistently underuse the tier, we’ll recommend stepping down.

Can you help if I’m not sure what I need?

That’s common. The consult is designed for exactly that: clarify the real bottleneck, pick a plan, and set a realistic path forward.

Are the listed prices fixed?

The tiers show typical starting points. Some clients need a more complex scope—especially when funding materials, web work, and operations support are all active at the same time. We’ll always quote clearly before you commit.

How do you measure success?

Success is defined up front. It might be a lender-ready packet completed, a website that converts better, a cleaner intake process, or a more stable operating plan. We keep the work tied to results you can see.

Ready to choose a plan?

Start with a consult. We’ll confirm your best-fit tier, outline next steps, and send a clear plan so you can move forward with confidence.
